Upon full payment of all fees owed for a project, the client receives ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for their project. This includes:

- Custom content created for the project
- Custom configurations and setups
SpotTech retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries
- General methodologies and processes
- Third-party licensed components and software
4. Portfolio Rights
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, SpotTech reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. We will not disclose confidential business information or trade secrets.
5. Client Representations
Clients represent and warrant that all materials provided to SpotTech for use in projects do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Clients assume full responsibility for the legality of content they provide.
