Since our services involve creative and professional work that is customized for each client, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The following general guidelines apply:
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before we have commenced any work, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments made, minus any non-refundable deposit (if applicable, as specified in your service agreement).
4. Cancellation During Project
If you cancel a project after work has commenced:
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any unused portion of advance payments will be refunded within 14 business days
- Non-refundable deposits (if specified in the agreement) will not be returned
- Deliverables completed up to the cancellation point will be provided to you
5. Dissatisfaction with Results
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns
- We will make reasonable revisions to address your feedback at no additional cost
- If the issue cannot be resolved through revisions, we will assess a partial refund based on the work completed
- Refunds will not be issued for subjective creative preferences after approval has been given
6. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly services:
- Refunds are not available for completed months of service
- You may cancel with 30 days notice as outlined in your service agreement
- Any advance payment for the current month will be prorated based on work completed
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to info@spottech.sa with your project details and reason for the request
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, software licenses, advertising spend)
- Work that has been approved and accepted by the client
- Services rendered more than 30 days prior to the refund request
