1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SpotTech website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
SpotTech provides digital marketing, web design and development, visual identity and branding, e-commerce solutions, search engine optimization, social media management, content creation, and related digital consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
3. Client Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Respond to our requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure that all materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party rights
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Service Delivery
We will deliver services according to the scope, timeline, and specifications outlined in the signed service agreement or proposal. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but delays caused by late client feedback or changes in scope may affect delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. SpotTech retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to use general tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the project for future clients.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement
- We accept bank transfers, Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and STC Pay
- Late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments
7. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Significant changes to the project scope require a formal change request and may result in adjusted timelines and costs.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
SpotTech's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Non-refundable deposits will not be returned upon termination.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Riyadh.
