Complete redesign of Noon's e-commerce platform focusing on user experience, mobile-first design, and conversion rate optimization for the Saudi market.

The Challenge

Noon needed to improve their conversion rates which were below industry average. The existing platform had poor mobile experience, slow load times, and a checkout process with high abandonment rates. They also needed better Arabic RTL support across all pages.

The Solution

We rebuilt the entire front-end with a mobile-first approach, optimized the checkout flow to 3 steps, implemented lazy loading for product images, and created a fully responsive RTL layout. We also integrated with local Saudi payment gateways and added Apple Pay/Google Pay support.

The Results

Conversion rates increased by 68%, mobile bounce rate dropped by 42%, and average page load time went from 4.2s to 1.8s. Cart abandonment decreased by 35% after the checkout redesign.
